Because our products are food items and perishable goods, we do not accept returns.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
  • Unsafe for consumption

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of product and packaging

We’ll review the situation and may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund

at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with customers to resolve legitimate issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
