Absolutely. All barbecue is smoked fresh to order over real mesquite wood using traditional low-and-slow barbecue techniques.

What wood do you use?

We use authentic mesquite wood for a bold Arizona-style smoke profile that pairs especially well with brisket, ribs, sausage, and beef cuts. Other wood varieties may occasionally be available for true barbecue connoisseurs looking to experience different regional smoke profiles.

How long does the BBQ take to smoke?

Different meats require different cook times, but many items are smoked for several hours to properly develop bark, tenderness, and flavor.

Do you include reheating instructions?

Yes. Every order includes simple reheating instructions to help maintain flavor, moisture, and texture at home.

How far in advance should i place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance, especially for larger orders, holidays, and local pickup weekends.
