At New Creation BBQ, we take product quality seriously. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped using temperature-controlled methods to help ensure your products arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

To maintain product quality and minimize the risk of transit delays, most orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed near weekends or holidays may ship on the next available business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Perishable products are packaged using industry-standard cold-chain shipping practices, which may include:

- Vacuum-sealed packaging
- Insulated shipping materials
- Gel ice packs
- Dry ice when appropriate
- Expedited next-day shipping services

These methods are designed to maintain product integrity during transit and help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery Expectations

Customers should inspect their package promptly upon delivery.

Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately according to the storage instructions provided.

Please note:

- Dry ice may dissipate during transit.
- Ice packs may arrive partially thawed.
- Packaging may show signs of condensation.

These conditions do not necessarily indicate product spoilage. Products that arrive cold to the touch should be considered safe for proper storage and handling.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

New Creation BBQ is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from:

- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Undeliverable locations
- Failed delivery attempts

Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Carrier Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners and utilize expedited delivery services, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the carrier.

Weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery schedules.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with review, please include:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We review each situation individually and may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
