These beef short ribs are smoked in small batches with limited quantities available, order early to avoid missing out.
Sold frozen and packaged by individual bone. Estimated weight 2-2.5 pounds. Packed in beef tallow.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
Sous Vide (recommended): Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 160F water bath for 45-60 minutes. The beef tallow will baste the ribs as they reheat, keeping them incredibly moist and flavorful.
Oven: Preheat to 325F. Place contents in a covered baking dish and heat for 25-30 minutes until warmed through.
Stovetop: Empty contents into a skillet over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally for 8-10 minutes until warmed through.
Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Do not overheat, beef short ribs are already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
