Sold frozen, one half chicken per package. Packed with butter and its natural juices.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 1–2 hours.
Oven (recommended): Preheat to 325°F. Place chicken in a covered baking dish with the butter and juices from the package. Heat for 25–35 minutes until warmed through. Uncover for the last 5 minutes to re-crisp the skin.
Sous Vide: Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 160°F water bath for 45–60 minutes. The butter and natural juices will keep the chicken incredibly moist.
Stovetop: Place chicken skin-side down in a skillet over medium-low heat with the butter and juices from the package. Cover and heat for 8–10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish with the butter and juices, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Do not overheat — chicken is already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
