Smoked Jalapeño & Cheddar Cheese Sausage

Imagine a burst of flavor in every bite: our homemade jalapeño and cheddar cheese smoked sausage. Crafted with top-notch ingredients like salt, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder, it's a juicy sensation with freshly chopped jalapeños for that perfect kick. Plus, no nitrates, just pure deliciousness!
Sold 2 sausage links per pack. 12–14oz. per package. Vacuum sealed.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 30–60 minutes.
Grill (recommended): Heat grill to medium. Cook links for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred.
Stovetop: Place links in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water. Cover and heat for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until warmed through.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place links on a baking sheet and heat for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Sous Vide: Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 160°F water bath for 20–30 minutes.
Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Do not overheat — sausage is already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
