Sold frozen and packaged with butter, 3-5 slices per package. Sous vide ready.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
Sous Vide (recommended): Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 140F water bath for 45-60 minutes for perfectly warmed, juicy slices.
Oven: Preheat to 325F. Place slices in a covered baking dish with a splash of broth or water. Heat for 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
Microwave: Place slices on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Stovetop: Warm slices in a skillet over medium-low heat with a small amount of butter or broth for 3-5 minutes, turning once.
Do not overheat, turkey is already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
