Each brisket is smoked in small batches, quantities are limited, so order early to avoid missing out.
Sold sliced and frozen. Each package contains 2-5 slices, packed in beef tallow. Estimated 4-5 pounds total. Please contact us if you would prefer it left whole or packaged another way.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
Sous Vide (recommended): Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 160F water bath for 45-60 minutes. The beef tallow will keep the brisket incredibly moist and flavorful as it reheats.
Oven: Preheat to 325F. Place slices in a covered baking dish and heat for 20-25 minutes until warmed through.
Stovetop: Place slices in a skillet over medium-low heat. Heat for 3-5 minutes per side until warmed through.
Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Do not overheat, brisket is already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
