Sold one full rack (10-11 bones) of smoked spareribs, packaged in a butter-based rib sauce, and shipped frozen.
Reheating Instructions
Thaw first: Place package in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for 1-2 hours.
Sous Vide (recommended): Leave sealed in package and submerge in a 140F water bath for 45-60 minutes. The butter-based rib sauce will baste the ribs as they warm for incredible flavor.
Oven: Preheat to 325F. Place ribs in a covered baking dish with the sauce from the package. Heat for 20-25 minutes until warmed through.
Grill: Warm over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes per side, basting with the sauce from the package or your own sauce.
Microwave: Place ribs on a microwave-safe plate with sauce, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 30-second intervals until warm.
Do not overheat, ribs are already fully cooked and smoked to perfection.
